Return and Exchange Policies
How to return an item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund. If return request is accepted, an RGA will be issued and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
2. Mail your return item to:

3. Include in your package a signed RGA and letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return nor exchange
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If the returning items remain in original, unused condition, then an exchange can be made using the credit of the original amount of the returning item. You will be responsible to pay the balance if the exchange total exceeds the original total cost, but you will not be subject to a restocking fee. Also, you will be responsible to pay return shipping
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Please contact DYG Customer Service if you need to cancel your payment transaction. It is up to DYG to accept or decline all requested cancellations and/or refunds. If a transaction has already been processed, and a refund has been approved, then DYG will refund your checking account or credit card (whichever method was used in making the payment), as well as remove any fees resulting from the specific payment transaction (such as processing fees, cancellation charges, etc.)
